Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Completing assignments in areas such as commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, large capital projects, and international development support.
• Finance lead on Datacenter projects from Development through Construction completion.
• Develop Datacenter Campus budgets and associated cashflow forecasts.
• Analyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure market consistency during the budgeting and general contractor selection process.
• Partner with the Pre-Construction team to support the contracting process from a finance perspective. Become a change management champion for post contract modifications.
• Manage construction vendor invoice review process, ensure proper coding, and communication with accounts payable teams. Including the responsibility for accurate month end accruals for the relevant construction projects.

Requirements

• 0-2 years or more of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant.
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
