Financial Analyst

The Role

The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health of Community Health Network. This position focuses on providing financial analysis, preparing ROI calculations, assisting with the annual operating budget, and completing other assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial analysis on existing and proposed programs
• Prepares ROI calculations for capital projects
• Affords assistance with the annual operating budget
• Completes government cost reports
• Supports other assigned projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• One (1) or more years of accounting and/or finance experience; healthcare experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy
• Ability to prepare financial analyses and ROI summaries
• Ability to support budget preparation and cost reporting
