Financial Analyst
About the Role
As a Financial Professional, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health. Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provides financial analysis and reports
- Creates and monitors yearly operating and capital budgets
- Provides training on financial reports and software to management team
- Consolidates and interprets financial information for the Management team
- Ensures integrity and accuracy of financial analyses developed
- Identifies and implements improved methodologies to accumulate, store, process, and report data
Requirements
- Four (4) years Accounting or Finance experience (required)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a healthcare setting (preferred)
