Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gathers and organizes financial data from various sources.
• Prepares basic financial reports and/or presentations.
• Affords assistance in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Performs variance analysis and identifies trends.
• Maintains and updates financial models and databases.
• Affords support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supports senior analysts in ad-hoc projects and analyses.
• Ensures data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Conducts regular general ledger and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Supports stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Financial Analyst I: Pay commensurate with experience.
