Financial Analyst Responsibilities Analyze financial results, manufacturing costs, and operational performance metricsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planningPrepare monthly financial reports and variance analysisPartner with plant operations and department leaders to identify cost-saving opportunitiesMonitor inventory, labor, and production costsSupport month-end close and financial reporting processesDevelop financial models and ad hoc analyses to support business initiativesTrack KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership Financial Analyst Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of financial analysis or manufacturing finance experience preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plusAbility to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholdersSelf-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment #INSEP2026
