Financial Analyst

Title: Financial Analyst Salary: $65,000-85,000 Location: Hybrid in Boston Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join one of New England’s leading healthcare organizations and make a meaningful impact Hybrid and flexible schedule with only 1 day onsite per week Broad exposure across both accounting and finance functions Opportunity to produce meaningful data and help drive operational decisions Exposure to special projects and vendor discussions beyond a traditional Financial Analyst role Work closely with senior leadership and department heads across the organization Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly variance analysis and present findings to senior management Provide customer and client support and resolve financial or reporting issues as they arise Maintain responsibility for assigned service lines including areas such as radiology, administration, and surgery Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting Partner with department heads to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed Support special projects assigned by senior management Analyze financial data and provide reporting to support operational decision-making Financial Analyst Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of finance experience Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional departments
