Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Afford variance analysis and management reporting
• Partner with department leaders to support planning and business initiatives
• Help improve reporting processes and financial models

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
