Financial Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)

About the Role

Our client, a growing construction and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making across multiple business units. This hybrid role partners closely with finance and operations leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing and construction project performance, costs, and profitability.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop dashboards and financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
