We're partnering with a growing financial institution seeking a Financial Analyst to lead Asset Liability Management (ALM), balance sheet analysis, and financial risk modeling. Key Responsibilities

• Manage ALM and balance sheet reporting
• Analyze interest rate, liquidity, and capital risk
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and the board
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Experience in banking, credit unions, insurance, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
• ALM, treasury, or balance sheet management experience preferred
