Financial Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team at Branch Metrics. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in financial analysis while contributing to our company's strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage operational expenditure (OpEx) data
- Evaluate and optimize data hosting spend
- Develop and maintain customer unit economic models
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts, including running core FP&A processes
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Become a key business partner to all GTM (go to market) functions and be a critical component of the monthly, quarterly and annual planning for Revenue, Bookings and Gross Profit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly
- Work independently and execute on key timelines outlined by the business

- Ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Mountain View, CA

Pay
The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Mountain View, CA, is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
Schedule
This role will be based at our Mountain View, CA office and follows our Hybrid schedule. This position is required to be hybrid in office at Mountain View.
