Financial Analyst

Job Overview

Atlantic Group is hiring a Financial Analyst in Greenwich, CT for a client. The position offers a salary range of $75,000–$95,000/year plus a bonus. The role supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial, operational, and management reports while analyzing trends and key performance indicators.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reporting, and performance analysis.
• Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, lender reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and operational teams to provide financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives.
• Leverage financial systems, reporting tools, and data analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related experience is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within healthcare, healthcare services, or a multi-site organization is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience with Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, business intelligence tools, or ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
