How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Conduct statistical, cost, and financial analysis on internal data to generate reports on health care costs, provider contracts, revenue, and profitability for market and facility level initiatives.
- Prepare and review financial statements, portfolio reports, and valuation activities to ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal corporate policies.
- Drive budget preparation and financial planning processes, including loading final budget spreads into systems and performing reconciliations.
- Review budgets for policy compliance while actively identifying strategic cost-saving opportunities.
- Serve as an internal consultant across all levels of management, providing data-driven decision support for new initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Execute specialized assignments including advanced financial research, forecasting, and exploring viable strategic alternatives.
