Financial Analyst

About the role

Provide financial and business support to executive business management through the management of the annual budget process, monthly forecasting and close processes, as well as project financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in the annual budget process, working closely with business partners across functions
• Assist in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy in financials
• Consolidate financial reporting to support corporate reporting
• Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request
• Assist with financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives, and accurately capture changing business economics and structure
• Support the day-to-day efforts of the department

• Ability to take direction well, work independently, and manage multiple priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner
• Problem-solving skills to generate innovative and effective solutions addressing department and internal customer needs

Qualifications

Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Schedule

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in-office (Panorama Office site); Monday and Friday work from home.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $87,900.00 - $115,500.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
