Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting tasks
• Prepare month-end journal entries
• Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness
• Generate and interpret financial reports for management
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
• Review financial results and investigate variances to forecast
• Assist in annual budget, strategic plan, and rolling forecast preparation

Key Performance Measures: Timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy of data input, problem solving ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business with accounting or finance major or equivalent experience
• Entry level; 0-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must be analytical and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
