Financial Analysis & Controls

Non-exempt position; overtime paid at 1.5× base rate for hours over 40 per week (or as required by state/local law).

Responsibilities

• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
• Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline; advanced degree in a financial discipline preferred.
• 5–7 years of financial and/or accounting experience.

Skills

• Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial software.

Pay

$60.00 – $65.00 per hour.
