About the Role

Paul Mitchell The School Norman is seeking an experienced and student-focused Financial Aid Leader to oversee all financial aid operations for our Cosmetology, Barbering, and Esthetics programs. This role administers Title IV federal student aid programs, scholarships, payment plans, and cash-pay student accounts while ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional student service.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, apply, and comply with federal, state, and institutional guidelines and regulations related to financial aid.
• Administer Title IV federal student aid programs, scholarships, payment plans, and cash-pay student accounts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide exceptional student service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial aid.
• Experience in financial aid within a postsecondary or vocational education environment.
• Highly organized, compliance-minded, and compassionate.
• Computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Honesty and professionalism.

Skills

• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred).
• Passion for the beauty industry.
