Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations
- Create a seamless, student-focused experience
- Prepare and manage all grant and loan documentation
- Counsel Future Professionals and their families on eligibility and options
- Ensure compliance through regular file inspections
- Support admissions and daily operations
- Lead with integrity, handling sensitive financial information with care
- Multitask and coach others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Possession of a passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
