About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the academic mission of Carlow University.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve student learning outcomes.
• Conduct research and publish findings in relevant academic journals.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• Supervise graduate assistants and provide mentorship.

Requirements

• A PhD in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration or teaching.
• Strong record of scholarly productivity and publication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with educational technology and digital pedagogy.
• Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and diversity.

Pay
