Work Schedule
This is a Part-Time Support Staff position at grade 9, with an hourly pay rate of $16.64 to $19.00. The offer is based on education and experience, aligned with the College's compensation philosophy and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Considerable skill in organizing work to meet established deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Working skills in problem-solving and the ability to recommend improvements to process flow.
- Working skill in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working skills in interpersonal interaction to be applied to a variety of individuals with differing education, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Working skills in verbal and written communication.
- Working skills in customer service techniques.
- Working skills in internet search functions and ability to navigate various sites.
- Working skill in operating a personal computer, applicable software and peripheral equipment as well as learning and adapting to new and updated programs and technology.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required by the department’s needs.
