About the role
The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support for the federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. In addition, following departmental policies and procedures, the Financial Aid Assistant III has the authority to resolve routine problems and provide assistance to students by phone, email, or in-person.

Requirements
- Familiarity with financial aid policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial aid administration.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of financial aid software systems.

Pay
$45,000 - $50,000 annually.
