Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic forecast updates
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with Corporate Accounting
• Prepare and analyze monthly KPIs, financial statements, and business performance reporting
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations
• Manage audit processes and support regulatory compliance efforts
• Review and strengthen internal controls while ensuring adherence to GAAP standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
• Experience with SAP and/or Global Shop Solutions
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Proven experience managing general ledger activities, financial close processes, and financial reporting
