Job Duties
- Examine and analyze accounting records and financial statements for multiple residential properties to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, and cash flow reports for property owners and management.
- Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Analyze financial information and provide reports to management to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Review property-related financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate financial procedures and internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Aid in preparing annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support property managers and senior management in decision-making.
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in the related field.
