About the role

NTT Ford Richardsbay is seeking an experienced and results-driven F&I Manager to join our team. This key role requires a professional who can drive F&I performance while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Loading of Finance Applications and submit to all banks for approval
• Maximise the sale of VAPs
• Facilitate the signing of bank finance contracts by customers
• Scan relevant documents onto NTT Intranet
• Collect all outstanding debtors before month end
• Structure finance deals to meet customer and dealership needs
• Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPIA, and other regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the finance process
