Finance Technology Product and Portfolio Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Finance Technology Product and Portfolio Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of finance technology products and portfolio priorities that support core finance operations. The position will partner closely with Finance leaders and technology teams to translate business needs into practical solutions, balanced investments, and measurable process improvements. Success in this role will come from driving strong governance, clear demand management, and continuous improvement across the finance technology landscape. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,700 – $164,600 annually Responsibilities Develop and manage the finance technology product roadmap Lead the demand management process for finance technology Act as a liaison between Finance and technology teams Monitor portfolio performance and budget adherence Drive continuous improvement in technology processes and tools Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technology product and portfolio management 7+ years of collaboration with Finance teams on technology solutions 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority 5+ years of experience in demand management processes for technology Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience PMP and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certifications required Benefits Remote or office-based working options Opportunity for professional development and certification Access to enterprise financial systems Engagement in high-impact Finance initiatives Low travel requirement (less than 25%) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
