For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Finance Product & Platform Lead to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Finance 360
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to identify and shape opportunities for capability enhancement
- Transform business needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
- Prioritize product investments based on user needs and business value
- Lead experiments and pilot solutions to test product concepts and features
- Manage product backlogs, release planning, and testing activities
- Establish and implement product governance and operational processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, data and analytics, digital platforms, or technology leadership
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Controllership, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation
- Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Proven track record in leading enterprise data, analytics, workflow, or digital platform products
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Data Platform, and Technology teams
- Flexible hybrid or remote work options, with a preference for East Coast locations

Pay
$157,700 – $262,800 annually
