Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile schedules
• Prepare GL account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Handle prepaids and accruals
• Prepare and reconcile business filings
• Expense allocation
• Analyze business data
• Assist with monthly close processes
• Monitor processes, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Assist the Controller as needed
• Attend company meetings as required
• Communicate and cooperate with all departments
• Conduct professional and courteous communication with employees, customers, and vendors
• Display efficiency and accuracy in performing assigned tasks
• Participate in company-sponsored training events
• Complete assigned tasks within the allotted time frame
• Demonstrate an aptitude to learn and grow
• Promote an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and goodwill
• Display utmost integrity at all times

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• Proficient in Excel advanced formulas
• 3+ years’ experience as an accountant
