Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in real estate and finance.
• Contribute to the excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and/or service.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field at the time of appointment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, staff, and faculty from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence.
• Demonstrated potential to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated potential to contribute to the excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and/or service.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to research and scholarly activities.
• Service to the Department, College, University, and Community.
• Evidence of developing and/or advising student-focused experiential learning activities.
• Expertise in real estate.
• Expertise in finance.
• Previous peer-reviewed journal publications in Real Estate and Finance.
• Teaching experience at university level.
