About the role

The Finance Project Manager at CGS provides oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. CGS is dedicated to government innovation and offers a supportive environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
  • Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
  • Frequent contact with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
  • Manage a small team of financial analysts.
  • Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time.
  • Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.

Qualifications

  • At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
  • Proven capabilities and communication skills to interact with clients and attorneys.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously.
  • Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, including office automation networks, PC-based databases, and internet and server-based databases.
  • US Citizen required.
  • Public Trust security clearance required.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Law Degree desirable.

Pay

$74,741.33 - $96,096 per year
