Finance Project Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The Finance Project Manager will oversee processing workflows and financial/procurement services within the Office of Financial and Procurement Services. They will also manage a small team of financial analysts, ensuring processes and procedures are followed, and perform an active quality assurance role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows and financial/procurement services
• Interact frequently with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Manage a small team of financial analysts
• Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work is delivered on time
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to interact with clients and attorneys
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing and oral communication skills; excellent management skills
• Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, including office automation networks, PC-based databases, and internet/server-based databases
• US Citizen required
• Public Trust security clearance required
• Undergraduate degree required
• Law Degree desirable

Pay

$74,741.33 - $96,096 annually
