Finance Planning and Analyst

Requirements

• Experience with BE finance forecast process, able to dive in and deliver results within tight timelines
• Experience with various financial tools (e.g., Business Objects, Excel)
• Attention to detail
• Finance, Accounting, or Economics background with 8+ years of experience
• Work independently, effectively, and proactively in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Monthly/Quarterly OPEX support for AI Software and Platform org budget, including forecasting, Hyperion budget submission, accrual, and reporting
• Monthly/Quarterly COGS support for AI Software and Platform org, collaborating with engineering teams to monitor hosting costs
• Monthly P&L submission support for AI Solutions (SUB BE), covering Bookings Demontra load, P&L Hyperion load, bookings, revenue, cost, ARR, RRDR submissions, etc.
• Monthly Gross Margin file refresh
• Monthly tracking of acquisitions forecast on WD+3
• Support Annual Planning/Long‑Range Planning submission
• Drive financial operational improvements, reporting automation, and other efficiencies
• Other ad hoc projects

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000 – $116,000 per year
