A Brief Overview Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Analyst, Financial Planning supports financial reporting on actuals, budgeting, forecasting, MTP, and financial analysis for ASICS' group companies. This role provides support to the management team on consolidations, updating presentations, and performing ad-hoc financial analysis, with regular visibility into materials prepared for Global Executive and Board meetings. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and SAP/BPC to support accurate, timely financial reporting across a global organization. Leadership Responsibilities This position does not have people leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information including Sales, MRP, Disclosure, IR, MTPs, and Forecast Reports, from the group companies.Analyze actual vs. budget vs. last year variances for sales, expense, and balance sheet accounts for AHQ and external auditors reporting.Prepare category reports and analyze variances related to Sales, GP, SGA, Inventory and MOH.Assist in completing information for Global Executive Meetings and Board Meetings.Assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the group financial & reporting workflow.Gathers competitors’ and other ASICS regions financial data from 10-Q & 10-K reports including transcripts for analysis.Uploads and distributes the actual, forecasted & budgeted exchange rates to BPC (BRL, CAD, MXN, ARS, CLP, PEN, and COP).Adheres to all company policies and proceduresEmbodies and demonstrates company ethics and valuesAbides by all federal, state and local laws How You'll Be Successful Solid knowledge of general accounting and financial planning processes.Knowledge in Excel functions and modeling, including the use of pivot tables and macros for financial analysis.Ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.Organized, self-motivated and strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Skilled at customer service, including developing cross-functional relationships.Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, using creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to resolve issues.Strong ethical judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics. What You'll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required1-2 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position requiredExperience with SAP and BPC preferredIntermediate-level experience using Microsoft Excel requiredComputer skills: Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required SALARY / PAY RANGE: $70,304 - $72,000 Pay Transparency To encourage pay transparency, promote pay equity, and proactively address regulations, ASICS America Corporation will comply with all applicable state or local laws or regulations which require employers to provide pay or salary range information to job applicants and employees.
