Role Overview

The successful candidate will work on complex finance transactions, primarily representing corporate borrowers, including public companies and private equity-sponsored businesses. Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of law firm experience in finance or lending transactions
• Experience representing corporate borrowers, preferably including private equity-sponsored companies
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
