Responsibilities
- Deal structuring - Build clean, profitable deals that support both customer satisfaction and store performance
- Maintain strong connections with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
- Deliver transparent, confident product presentations that boost acceptance rates
- Ensure every deal meets federal, state, local, and dealership standards
- Drive measurable improvements in finance performance metrics
- Work closely with sales leadership to streamline the customer journey
- Deliver a high professional customer experience with every customer
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager
Qualifications
- Experience with docuPAD
- Proven success in automotive F&I
- Strong communications and negotiations skills
- Deep understanding of lender programs and credit structures
- High integrity with a compliance-first mindset
- Motivated, organized, and ready to lead from the front
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
