FINANCE MANAGER-SPORTS ILLUSTRATED STADIUM
About the role
The Accounting Manager role is responsible for keeping the financial operations of the venue running smoothly. They collaborate with various teams, analyze financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure financial processes are accurate and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Prep and analyze monthly financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure financial processes are accurate and compliant
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
- Jump in on audits and help improve financial processes
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience)
- Confident with Excel and financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)
- A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detail
- CPA or working toward it is great but not required
Qualifications
