Key job responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner, working closely with People Experience and Technology leadership
• Design and maintain comprehensive financial metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive critical business decisions
• Lead core planning processes, including quarterly estimates and multi-year financial forecasts
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional finance teams
• Conduct sophisticated cost-benefit analyses and communicate key financial drivers

Our work goes beyond traditional financial reporting - we're strategic partners who provide critical insights that drive organizational decision-making. We value intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and impact.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
