Job Description
The Manager of Finance, in collaboration with operational leadership, plays a pivotal role in driving the performance, growth, and overall financial health of an assigned site of service or service line. This role involves providing financial education and leadership to managers and directors, fostering ownership of financial goals. The Manager of Finance contributes expertise to the planning of new services and identifies opportunities within current expense structures. Additionally, this position serves as a key decision-maker for position requests, productivity/staffing changes, and service level adjustments, acting as a strategic advisor to the leadership in planning for service line growth and financial sustainability.
Education And Credentials
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis required.
- 2 years of experience in a Healthcare environment, experience with financial reporting preferred.
