Manager of Finance

Job Summary

The Manager of Finance, in collaboration with operational leadership, drives the performance, growth, and financial health of an assigned site of service or service line. This role involves providing financial education and leadership to managers and directors, fostering ownership of financial goals, contributing to the planning of new services, identifying opportunities within current expense structures, serving as a key decision-maker for position requests, productivity/staffing changes, and service level adjustments, and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership in planning for service line growth and financial sustainability.

Education and Credentials

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis required.
• 2 years of experience in a Healthcare environment, experience with financial reporting preferred.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $ 90,421.50 - $124,332.00

The wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
