Finance Manager - On Site

About the role

The Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. They are responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, they provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies. They may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports local ministry/entity leadership teams
• Serve on local leadership committees as assigned
• Financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs
• Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
• Develop financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements
• Assist with other tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 or more years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification
• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
