We are looking for a finance manager to join our North America Store Development and Innovation Finance Team.

About the role

Leading a team high-performing partners, this person will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of deliverables, conducting complex analyses of key performance measures to influence senior leadership decision-making and ensuring the correct controls are in place in partnership with our accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 finance professionals.
• Own the delivery of key FP&A tasks, including forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, and performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Partner with the business and senior leaders to influence critical strategies through a financial lens, escalating concerns or issues when necessary.
• Drive critical process improvement initiatives across multiple areas of the business, both within our team and for our business customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
• Demonstrated cost management experience across multiple departments.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial insights clearly to executive leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to coach, manage, develop, and lead others.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding or auditing, contract and price negotiation.
• 3-5 years Budgeting and forecasting.
• 3-5 years Prior management or supervision experience preferred but not required.
