Finance Manager - New Cars

Performance Automotive Network is seeking a seasoned Automotive Finance Manager with a proven track record to lead and optimize our high-volume new car operations. We offer an environment where Finance Managers can focus on closing deals without income worries.

About the role

As a Finance Manager, you will provide financing, insurance, and automotive finance options to customers purchasing new cars. You will work with lenders to offer fair interest rates according to the Automotive Finance Program Guides while maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance options to customers at the time of sale.
• Ensure compliance and maximize profit per vehicle with Sales Managers.
• Maintain F&I compliance with all regulations.
• Complete all finance and title paperwork.
• Utilize eContracts with all lenders.
• Obtain lender approvals the same day as contract signing.
• Ensure deals are funded within 3-5 days of sale.
• Send files to corporate within 3 days.
• Correct finance or title paperwork promptly.
• Provide desk support and assist the management team.
• Process payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Follow up on customer questions or concerns.
• Analyze chargebacks for accuracy.
• Train sales staff on new programs and products.
• Maintain finance forms and materials.
• Assist Service Advisors with warranty and service contract questions.

Requirements

• Strong communication with customers, employees, vendors, and lenders.

• Professional and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with time-management skills.
• Minimum two years' automotive experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Drug-free workplace.

Pay

$120,000.00 - $200,000.00+ annually, plus potential quarterly cash bonuses.

Schedule

5-day work week with alternating Sundays.
