About the role
Penske Chevrolet is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their sales journey.
- Provide unparalleled expertise to help customers find the vehicle they're looking for, including comprehensive knowledge of available products and services.
- Motivate and train the sales team, set sales goals based on individual skill levels, and maintain an appealing showroom to draw customer interest.
- Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Sales Department with the General Manager and reporting on progress.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, and at least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
