Finance Manager needed in VI

About the role

ASA Security is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure to ensure financial health
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
• Oversee credit control team
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-6 years' experience in finance or accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
