About the role

If you love helping others secure funds to finance their dream car, this role coordinates all finance and insurance activities for our customers. You’ll assist with financing, prepare documentation, sell extended service contracts and protection products, and ensure deals are completed legally and efficiently. The position enhances customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

• Offers vehicle financing and insurance, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer/dealership service policies.
• Works with customers to obtain financing in compliance with state and federal law.
• Prepares all state and federal documents for vehicle purchases accurately and timely.
• Maintains relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Collaborates with the Sales team to ensure referrals to F&I and provides information on finance/lease programs.
• Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree and experience in finance or a related field (preferred).
• Solid dealership experience.
• Positive attitude, confident and outgoing personality, and professional appearance.
• Strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver world-class customer service.
