About the role

The Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance business partner supporting Global HR leadership and enterprise-wide HR initiatives. You will collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions, support quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations, manage risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. You will ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls, produce accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions, directly supervise a team of analysts, foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, support finance transformation and systems implementation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions
  • Support quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations
  • Manage risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls
  • Produce accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions
  • Directly supervise a team of analysts and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support finance transformation and systems implementation activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance or related business field is required
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Strong leadership abilities, business collaboration, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity is required
  • Strong framing, communication and presentation skills – ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Experience with financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial accreditations are strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of financial systems, planning tools, and reporting platforms such as SAP, AFO, Anaplan
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading a team and developing talent
