Finance Manager, FP&A

About the role

The Finance Manager, FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in FP&A roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and VBA.
• Experience with financial modeling software such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial forecasts.
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles.

Pay
