Finance Manager, CPT FP&A, Customer and Partner Trust Finance

About the role

The WW Selling Partner Services team enables every brand—from small businesses to large, multi-national corporations—to thrive and grow into a global selling success. This role sits within the Customer and Partner Trust (CPT) FP&A team, focusing on leading the month-end close process and driving innovation across the WW CPT portfolio.

You will serve as a highly trusted resource, delivering key insights and partnering with stakeholders to achieve leadership goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will craft insightful narratives for senior leadership, translating complex financial data into coherent business stories.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarter-end close reporting for Customer Trust.
• Support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the WW Customer Trust organization.
• Simplify and automate financial processes and reports.
• Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate goal achievement and drive financial performance.
• Deliver consolidated financial insights, reconciling inputs from business finance partners (Bad Debt, Product Liability, EPR, IMR, OpEx, Concessions, Goal Tracking) into a unified CPT-level view.
• Coordinate the SPS-level goal review cycle, ensuring alignment with leadership feedback and updates in Kingpin (system of record).
• Synthesize disparate inputs into a coherent CPT-wide narrative for leadership reviews (e.g., QFR/MFR, program spend summaries, variance explanations).
• Resolve discrepancies in financial data, escalate risks, and flag material issues at the CPT level.
• Prepare consolidated deliverables for planning cycles (e.g., Q3G, OP1).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of experience dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, diagnosing root causes, and implementing escalation plans.
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges through accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
• MBA or CPA.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.

Pay

• USA, NY, New York: $104,900.00 – $179,500.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: $95,400.00 – $163,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $95,400.00 – $163,200.00 USD annually
