About the role

The WW Selling Partner Services team's vision is to enable every brand – from the small business with an idea to the large, multi-national corporation – to thrive and grow into a global selling success. The Customer and Partner Trust (CPT) FP&A team has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager role that will lead the month-end close process across the WW CPT portfolio and drive innovation to elevate these functions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive and influence positive change across the growing and evolving Customer Trust business.

Responsibilities

  • Own month-end close and quarter-end close reporting for Customer Trust
  • Support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Simplify and automate processes and reports within the WW Customer Trust organisation
  • Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate achieving goals established by leadership
  • Deliver key insights as a highly trusted resource for information about financial data, processes, and the business operations supported
  • Aggregate plans, actuals, and commentary from each business partner into a single CPT-level view
  • Reconcile inconsistent formats and ensure the consolidated narrative aligns with individual team reports
  • Own the SPS-level goal review cycle end-to-end, including tracking changes and updating systems of record
  • Translate disparate business partner inputs into a coherent CPT-wide story for leadership reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional syncs to resolve discrepancies or status updates
  • Escalate program risks that roll up into material CPT-level concerns for leadership visibility
  • Prepare consolidated deliverables for goal cycles, QFR/MFR sections, or larger planning cycles

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
  • 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, determining root causes, and creating/implementing escalation plans
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
  • MBA or CPA
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Pay

  • USA, NY, New York: $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
