Finance Manager - Covington, GA Plant

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure Effective Plant Financial Management
• Develop and execute the annual operating plan, periodic financial forecasts, and monthly financial close.
• Monitor financial performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and develop plans to close any gaps to plant targets.
• Support the site delivery of annual HMM (productivity) targets.
• Ensure Effective Financial Controls that comply with all company policies and supports the safeguarding of company assets.
• Maintain audit-ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit.
• Collaborate as a strong voice on the Plant Leadership Team (PLT)
• Support the development and execution of site strategies including financial insights on capital investments.
• Provide support and leadership on cross-functional plant and corporate initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well on team and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact)
• Ability to coach/develop others

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience
• Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing
• Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
• Proven analytical and strategic skills (Analytic Proficiency)
