Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cash flow statements to senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
- Maintain financial records across platforms, including Google Drive, upholding data integrity and accessibility.
- Track financial performance through variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
- Confirm and reconcile monthly intercompany Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with the Parent Company (Osstem Implant Co., Ltd.) as early as possible at the start of each month.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare financial summaries and management-requested analyses to support decision-making.
- Cook with and engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies; prepare required documentation and filings.
- Maintain the shareholder register and prepare materials for general and board meetings.
- Periodically review and update financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Conduct compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments.
- Support execution of ad hoc financial projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in a finance or accounting role, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems required. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Korean required. (for communication with the parent company, Osstem, in South Korea)
- Global Experience: Prior experience in a multinational or global corporate environment is preferred
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation is a plus.
