Finance Manager
About the role
Wisepath Group is part of RAVLCO/Legend Media, a growing organization operating across multiple business entities. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the financial health and continued growth of the organization. Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, reconciliations, and financial controls. This position will also monitor profitability, support financial planning, and help the organization establish and maintain the credit and financing resources needed for growth. This is a full-time, non-exempt, 100% remote position. U.S.-based candidates are preferred, and the selected candidate must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor profit-and-loss performance, margins, and cost drivers across multiple business entities.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to protect and improve profitability.
- Manage the organization’s overall cash position, including cash-flow monitoring, treasury activities, and liquidity planning.
- Support the establishment and management of business credit, lines of credit, loans, and banking relationships.
- Represent the organization in appropriate discussions with banks, lenders, and other financial partners.
